SGLG Exit Conference and Catch-up Planning Held at LGU Senator Ninoy Aquino and LGU Lebak

On October 9, 2024, LGU Senator Ninoy Aquino hosted the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Exit Conference and Catch-up Planning, followed by LGU Lebak on October 10, 2024.

         The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sultan Kudarat team, led by Provincial Director Margarita H. Baynosa, MPA, 
         along with Program Manager Nathan Garcia and Local Government Operations Officers (LGOOs) III Cheeza Mirasol and Joanne Castre, 
         facilitated both sessions.

          The conferences provided a platform for reviewing the LGUs’ performance in ten (10) governance areas. The team offered feedback and                                             recommendations to help each LGU address gaps and improve their standing in the SGLG assessment.
 
          Both LGU Senator Ninoy Aquino and LGU Lebak expressed their strong commitment to securing the coveted SGLG award by 2025, with catch-up                               plans now in place to enhance their governance practices and ensure sustained excellence.
